Get Started

Use this orientation when opening Moss App for the first time or helping another user get access.

What Moss App is

Moss App is the company workspace used after a company has been activated. It gives approved users access to the workspace associated with their company license.

Access model

There is no public signup in Moss App.
The sys-admin starts from an activation email.
Company users start from an invite email sent by an admin.
Existing users sign in with their invited email and password.

Access requirement

If license or payment status blocks access, contact the company admin or sys-admin before retrying.

First-session checklist

Open the activation link or invite link from your email.
Set your password.
Sign in with the same email address.
Confirm that the company workspace opens.
Contact an admin if license or payment status blocks access.
