License And Billing
Use License/Billing to review company license state and take payment action when required.
Check license status
- 1Open License/Billing.
- 2Review the current license status.
- 3Check the last checked time and valid-until date.
- 4Review offline grace and last invalid reason if shown.
License fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Status | Current company license state. |
| Last checked | Most recent license status check time. |
| License valid until | Date the current license remains valid. |
| Offline grace until | Date offline grace remains available. |
| Last invalid reason | Most recent reason the license is invalid. |
| Payment action | Checkout availability or contact-admin guidance. |
Open checkout
- Checkout is available to the sys-admin when payment is required.
- Checkout is available when the license is invalid or in grace.
- Checkout is available when renewal is open.
- If no payment action is required, checkout is disabled.
Understand payment-required access
Non-sys-admin users
Non-sys-admin users are directed to contact the admin when payment is required.
Understand offline grace
- Offline grace shows how long the app can continue using the last acceptable license state.
- The License/Billing page shows the offline grace date when available.
- One license covers approved users and branches.
