Set Up Your Company As Sys-Admin

Use the activation email to connect Moss App to the company workspace and complete payment when required.

Before you start

  • You need the company activation email.
  • The activation email must be addressed to you.
  • Use the app opened by the activation link.

Activate the company workspace

  1. 1Open the activation email.
  2. 2Select Activate/Open Moss.
  3. 3Set your password if this is your first time.
  4. 4Let Moss connect the app to the company workspace.
  5. 5Complete checkout if payment is required.
  6. 6Confirm you reach the workspace.

What happens next

  • Moss activates the license or sends you to checkout.
  • Admins can create branches.
  • Admins can invite users after the workspace is available.

Troubleshooting

Activation link invalid or expired

Request a new activation email before trying again.

Signed-in email does not match invite

Sign out, then open the activation link with the invited email.

App already connected to another company

The app cannot be connected to a different company workspace from the activation flow.

Payment required

Complete checkout to restore or continue workspace access.
